I found this service online and within minutes, Gordon has received my email and rang me. He asked me to describe the problem and then send over a photo. As the problem was only small, he identified the pest and told me how to sort it on my own. He did not charge for the advice and told me where I could purchase the products from. He also reassured me that he’d be there if the problem worsened. I would highly recommend!

I’m absolutely pleased with their services, so professional, timely, I had a mice in me bedroom and had to call, just a call and an inspector came through, placed the pesticide trays in strategic corners of the house, did a thorough check of the property to identify holes even the tiniest where the mouse would have possibly come in from, he found the holes and took actions to get them closed up, and that was it, also the inspector kept checking in to get update, I no longer share me bedroom with mice😁.

Contacted Gordon for advice on possible wasp nest in tree, immediate response and arranged to come out following day,lovely friendly guy assured me not a nest and wasps just feeding, happy to pop out again should we need it, would recommend, thanks Gordon.

I can highly recommend Northern Pest Solutions! Even though it was a bank holiday Sunday, my phone call was answered by Gordon and we arranged a time for him to visit. He identified the problem straight away and put measures in place to sort it. He came twice more over the next few weeks to follow-up and check the situation. All is now well and the problem is solved!
